Description
At the moment, the templating support for notification, is quite limited (just defined in the lan files) what I would like to see, is that notifications where template based, and you could have a few notification templates, that you could set on a pr application basis.

Example:
templates/ bugtracker3NotificationEmail_somename_template.php
templates/ bugtracker3NotificationEmail_somename1_template.ph p
templates/ bugtracker3NotificationEmail_somename2_template.ph p

With different templates for the email notifications.

templates/ bugtracker3NotificationPM_somename_template.php
te mplates/ bugtracker3NotificationPM_somename1_template.php
t emplates/ bugtracker3NotificationPM_somename2_template.php

With different templates for the pm notifications.

And, let’s say I have three applications.

Application 1.
Uses the pm notification template bugtracker3NotificationPM_somename2_template.php
A nd the Email notification template bugtracker3NotificationEmail_somename_template.php

Application 2.
Uses the pm notification template bugtracker3NotificationPM_somename1_template.php
A nd the Email notification template bugtracker3NotificationEmail_somename2_template.ph p

Application 3.
Uses the pm notification template bugtracker3NotificationPM_somename1_template.php
A nd the Email notification template bugtracker3NotificationEmail_somename1_template.ph p

Off course, any additional support for templating is an improvement, this is only a suggestion to how it could work
